"Transformational" is a great word for what Carrie does, and my experience with her has been just that. Her micro-coaching sessions are short and painless. There was so little detail required from me for the coaching to work that I felt comfortable doing one of these sessions in front of friends. As someone who feels physical strain when I express intimate topics, that is a momentous statement. Carrie creates a tasteful, but comfortable environment, and treats her clients with honesty, tact, and respect. She does not make it her job to be above you and your problems but rather acts as a guide to help you take the most efficient steps possible through your growth. She's perceptive, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work, but still has a great sense of humor. At no point has my experience with Carrie or her work been intimidating or discouraging. I know when I have coaching with her, I'm going to leave better than when I came. Talk therapy left me feeling discouraged, patronized, or somehow broken, which caused me to stop seeking help for years. "
